Shipping Information
All jewelry is handmade to ship within 10 business days of the day the order is placed, although I try to ship orders sooner. If faster shipping is required, please contact me and I will do my best to accomodate your request. Please note I cannot ship to P.O Boxes. Return Policy
All items can be exchanged for Merchandise Credit. Contact must be made with me within 7 days of the shipping date. The item MUST be returned to Angie O'Neal Designs™ within 21 days of the shipping date in its original unused condition. Returns which arrive after 21 days are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Unfortunately custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Of course I will always correct flaws at our expense. Please remember that the slight imperfections resulting from the use of natural stones enhance the beauty of our pieces. Refunds are granted in only special circumstances and will be granted within 10-14 days upon receipt of the original item.
Custom Orders
I will do Custom Orders. Please describe what you are dreaming of and I will try to make it happen! Because custom orders are so unique, each one will be priced based on materials (stones, toggles, pendants, etc.) and labor. Please email me or call me with your ideas using the contact information below.
Most of my items can usually be lengthened or shortened (within 2 inches) without an additional cost. A minimal cost will be charged if more stones have to be used in order to lengthen a item.
Wholesale Orders
Wholesale orders can be placed by emailing me at [email protected] or calling me at 404-406-4768. Pricing will be discussed at that time. Orders take from 4 to 6 weeks depending on the number of items. A 50% deposit on all wholesale orders at the time the order is placed. Remaining payment should be made before the order is shipped. A minimum of $200 is required for all wholesale orders.
